Silver House Theatre`, is a multicultural performance art community center for production, education and training of the new emerging artist. Silver House Theatre` is dedicated to producing and developing the work of contemporary playwrights and cultivating the voice of Houston's next generation of theatre` artists. Led by Director/ Playwright Reginald Edmund and Constance Washington, Silver House is located at 1005 Emmanuel, Ste: 206, Houston, Texas 77003. Silver House has excelled in its mission to train promising artists toward success in the extraordinary world of the performing arts providing that it is indeed the City of Houston, most promising facility to promote young artists. It is here at the Silver House performers gain and develop their craft, technique, style, confidence and professionalism which is key to their future growth and achievement as a performer. Silver House is a structured theatre` environment for the purpose of artistic expression and cultural enrichment for all. All of the work relates exclusively to the artistic and professional development of the performers so that they can learn and master the varied approaches and techniques that are utilized in the profession.... Its been nine years since the Silver House was created.
